A notice of intended prosecution is designed to give a registered keeper a timely indicator of a potential offence which has been committed in their vehicle. Sometimes notices are served out of time or have errors as to information in them. In these circumstances, we may be able to advise you that you should not accept this notice and we may be able to prevent the case against you progressing any further.
